Well overdue....

Major apologies for the lack of posting the past 3 weeks. Life's been crazy and I havent had any time on my plate (not that I even have time now, but it made me sad that my blog had been dead for so long). This won't be a trend! I've just moved into my new apartment and getting things settled. I'm taking my last class at SCAD and trying to ease myself into some freelance work, which so far, has been nothing but positive. I'm currently working on a HUGE project that I'll be able to announce later in the next week or so.

In other news I just recently finished a tattoo of some birds for a friend and figured I'd post the finish. Along with that, I'm posting a picture of my new drawing table, which I built with some nails and glue, and so far it's been working like a dream. I have to admit, I'm pretty proud of myself :]

And lastly, I received word this week that NINE of my pieces were accepted into Society of Illustrators LA, which made me pretty excited. The show is this month at Gallery Nucleus, so if you're in the LA area, you should drop by! I shipped off 2 of my originals for the event (one of which is pictured at the bottom). These will also be for sale at Gallery Nucleus. At the moment, I'm also working on 3 smaller pieces for Nucleus as well which will be posted for sale for to help out charity on their website in the next 3-4 weeks.
