I went up to NYC for the Society of Illustrators student show, in which a couple of my pieces were displayed and I was able to receive my scholarship during ceremony. The rest of my 4 days there were spent hanging with some of the most RAD creative young talents I know. Chillin with Daniel Fishel, Robyn Ng, Dadu Shin, Jeremy Enecio, Scott Zitta, JooHee Yoon, Alexi Fisk, Nina Goffi- Not to mention meeting/hanging with Zelda Devon, Kurt Huggins, Irene Gallo, Scott Bakal, Scott Altmann, and a bajillion other people!
I cant wait to move to NYC at the end of summer.
Thank you guys for making my trip a blast and showing me a good time. Not to mention making me want to work harder than I ever have before. Good things to come.
